Read every time, answered where we can

We read everything that arrives. We cannot promise a reply to all of it, and we would rather say that plainly than leave you waiting on one.

Reporting a bug

A bug we can reproduce is usually a bug we can fix the same week. A bug we cannot reproduce tends to sit unfixed no matter how badly we want it gone, so the details below are doing real work.

  1. Which game, and where. The name is enough, plus whatever narrows it down — a stage, a difficulty tier, a mode — when the problem only shows up in one.
  2. What you did, in order. Three lines of "I pressed this, then this, then this happened" is worth more than a paragraph describing the feeling.
  3. What you expected instead. Sometimes the behaviour is intentional and the problem is that it is badly explained, which is also a bug, just ours to write rather than to code.
  4. Device and browser. "iPhone 13, Safari" or "Windows 11, Chrome" is plenty. Most rendering and input problems are specific to one combination.
  5. Whether it happens every time. Always, sometimes, or once — all three are useful answers, and "once" is worth sending.
  6. A screenshot or recording, if it is visual. For a graphical glitch this frequently replaces every other step on this list.
Before you write

Getting started has a short list of things worth trying when a game will not load at all — a reload, hardware acceleration, extensions. If one of those fixes it, we would still like to know which, because a game that needs a workaround is a game that is not finished.

Lost scores

If a best score has disappeared, the usual cause is browser site data being cleared, or the run having been set in a private window. There is unfortunately nothing to restore from: the score only ever existed on your device. Getting started explains why it works that way and what it costs.

Privacy requests

Requests about personal data — disclosure, correction, suspension of use — go to privacy@e-sheep.jp, which is the dedicated contact named in the プライバシーポリシー. That document sets out the procedure, the identity documents required and the fee, and it is the version that governs.

Press, business and everything else

Coverage, interviews, collaborations and commercial enquiries all go to info@e-sheep.jp. You do not need permission to write about, stream or record the games — see the FAQ — but if you want artwork or a description to go with it, ask and it will be sent.

Formal operator details, including the company address and representative, are on 運営者情報.
